Pool Rules

1. Pool Hours of Operation are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, unless modified by the HOA Board of Directors.
2. No Lifeguard will be on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and Managers will not be responsible for accidents and injuries.
3. NO DIVING, RUNNING, ROUGH HOUSING, PUSHING, SHOVING OR ABUSIVE/FOUL LANGUAGE in or around the pool area.
4. NO FOOD, ALCOHOL, SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, GLASS OR GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE POOL AREA.
5. Only Castle Peak Homeowners in good standing (dues paid, property in compliance, etc.) may use the recreation facilities. Access to the pool can only be made by the use of their issued pool key.
6. DOORS AND GATES MUST BE KEPT LOCKED. DO NOT OPEN THE GATE TO LET OTHERS INTO THE POOL AREA. POOL ACCESS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO NON-RESIDENTS OF CASTLE PEAK.
7. Castle Peak Homeowners are allowed to bring up to 4 guests per household. All guests must be escorted by and are the responsibility of that homeowner. Individuals in the pool area that are not under escort by a Castle Peak Homeowner will be asked to leave or face being prosecuted for trespassing.
8. ALL CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION.
9. The use of, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are not allowed in the pool or pool area.
10. Swimmers must shower before entering pool.
11. Persons that are not in control of their bowels are required to wear swim diapers.
12. Individuals with open wounds or who are ill, are not allowed in the pool.
13. Cut-offs/street clothes are not allowed in the pool. Only appropriate swimwear will be worn to maintain a family friendly environment.
14. No pets on premises or in the pool area.
15. Drink and suntan lotion in unbreakable containers are allowed in the pool area.
16. No skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bikes in the pool area.
17. Use of pool toys, balls and flotation devices must be used with consideration for others using the pool. Inner tubes and over-sized flotation devices are not permitted.
18. There is a $25.00 replacement fee for lost keys.
19. Any damage to the pool, equipment or fixtures will be paid for by the responsible party.
20. To prevent disturbance to others due to loud music, radios/similar music producing devices are not allowed.
21. No public display of inappropriate affection in the pool area.
22. Parties, functions, events, meetings, or swimming lessons which are for the profit of an individual, business, or organization will not be allowed. Private parties or limited access use of the pool cannot be accommodated.
23. You must use trash containers for refuse and leave tables and your area clean before departure.

• 1st offense – Deactivation of pool key and loss of pool access for 14 days.
• 2nd offense – Deactivation of pool key and loss of pool access for 30 days.
• 3rd offense – Deactivation of pool key and loss of pool access for 60 days.
